Monday - Thursday 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Friday 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM. We can provide rides home. Saturday 10-3. Sunday and all holidays as scheduled. Stop by Center for a calendar for more information. Held at 2615 Edwards Street in Alton
Wellness Recovery Group -
Tuesdays 2:30 - 4:00 PM. Held at the After Hours Drop in Center on Edwards Street.

Drawing and Painting Group
Saturdays 10:00 AM - 12 Noon. Held at After Hours Drop In Center.
Are you aware that Cerebral Palsy of Southwestern Illinois provides Sensitivity Training to youth and adults? The program is a hands-on learning experiment. It dispels any misconceptions you may have about disabilities and provides an enlightening experience. The event can be performed for any age group. Domestic Violence Support Group meets every Thursday night at 6:00 PM. For location of the meeting or for more information please call Phoenix Crisis Center at (618) 451-1118. (Groups are confidential and free of charge, Child care available.)

Alzheimer's Support Group at St. John's Home and Community Care every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1:30 - 3:00 PM. For more information call Nancy at (618) 344-0276.

Community Counseling Center is starting several new outpatient groups:

    • Begins Tuesday, Feb. 3rd - "Emotion Regulation" 6:30 – 8:00 pm
    • Begins Wednesday, Feb. 4th - "Anger Management" 5:30 – 7:00 pm
    • Begins Wednesday, Feb. 4th - "Anxiety Calming the Storm" 6:30 -8:00 pm
    • Begins Thursday, Feb. 5th - "Dealing with Depression" 6:30 - 8:00 pm. A daytime group will also begin in February but a date has not yet been set.
